Sila Realty Trust, Inc. (the "REIT', "we", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") addresses how we collect, maintain, and disclose the information we collect from you. We collect Personal Information (defined below) about REIT clients such as you, from the following sources:

We use the information we collect about you and your account to help us better serve your investment needs, to respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, personalize your experience on our website, suggest services or educational materials that may be of interest to you, and for our internal business purposes (e.g., data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products)

We may request that you provide us with your Social Security number in order to provide you with our services and facilitate any of your requests with respect to our investment programs and products We only use and disclose such information to facilitate your requests, prevent fraud or other harm, and to comply with legal, audit, insurance and other similar requirements, and otherwise in accordance with applicable law. We take the confidentiality of this information very seriously (see also Confidentiality and Security above) and have policies in place to limit access to such information on a need-to know basis. We also have policies, processes and agreements in place to require that our employees and service providers treat such information accordingly.

CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY

We do not knowingly request or solicit any Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 on or through the Website. If you are a minor child, please do not provide us with any personal information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child that you believe has provided us with such Personal Information online, please contact us immediately to have such information deleted from our system.

DO NOT TRACK

At this time, our Website does not honor Do Not Track signals from internet web browsers because there are not universal standards for doing so.

(“FINRA”) arbitration process then in effect, except as modified by these Terms and Conditions. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than in court, and is subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to arbitrability and/or enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any unconscionability challenge or any other challenge that the arbitration provision or the agreement is void, voidable, or otherwise invalid. The arbitrator will be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity. The arbitration shall be binding, final, not appealable, enforceable, and in lieu of any right to sue or seek other arbitration in any court or tribunal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either you or any of the REIT Entities shall be entitled to apply to any

court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, permanent injunction, or other equitable relief, without breach of this arbitration provision.

This arbitration clause shall survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then (i) the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, but the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect; and (ii) exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claims will be as set forth below.

EQUITABLE RELIEF

You acknowledge that any use or threatened use of the Website or Content in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall cause immediate irreparable harm to the REIT and/or the other REIT Entities for which there is no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that the REIT and the other REIT Entities shall be entitled to immediate and permanent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the event of any such breach or threatened breach by you. You agree and stipulate that the REIT and the REIT Entities shall be entitled to such injunctive relief without posting a bond or other security; provided however that if the posting of a bond is a prerequisite to obtaining injunctive relief, then a bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars (US $1,000) shall be sufficient.
